Privacy Policy:
MyEconomy.ws ("MyEconomy.ws") operates MyEconomy.ws and may operate other websites. It is MyEconomy.ws policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, MyEconomy.ws collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. MyEconomy.ws purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how MyEconomy.ws visitors use its website. From time to time, MyEconomy.ws may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
MyEconomy.ws also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on MyEconomy.ws blogs/sites. MyEconomy.ws only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to MyEconomy.ws websites choose to interact with MyEconomy.ws in ways that require MyEconomy.ws to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that MyEconomy.ws gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at MyEconomy.ws to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with MyEconomy.ws are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, MyEconomy.ws collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with MyEconomy.ws. MyEconomy.ws does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

MyEconomy.ws takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

Anti-SPAM Policy
We are committed to following permission based email marketing practices, and have established our anti-spam policy to demonstrate our intolerance to unsolicited spam, and to educate our affiliates and sponsoring partners as to the acceptable use of our marketing materials and promotional tools.
What is Spam?
Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including “junk mail”, which has not been requested by the recipient. It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources. Spam messages are the opposite of permission-based email, which are normally anticipated, personal, relevant and/or associated with a pre-existing business or personal relationship. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also deemed to be spam.
Preventing Spam
Customers and/or clients of MyEconomy.ws, in conjunction with WorkWithHerc.com products or services have agreed during their registration process, upon accepting the Terms of Use, to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy.
Specifically, each customer agrees not to use the MyEconomy.ws products or services to send unsolicited email or bulk email, whether or not for commercial purposes.
MyEconomy.ws reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes actionable spam, as well as what measures are necessary in response to such spam activities.
MyEconomy.ws has developed its Internet marketing tools to incorporate a strict permission-based philosophy. This anti-spam philosophy is implemented through the following:
(a) Communication and Agreement – The Terms of Use that you have agreed to as part of registering for the MyEconomy.ws products or services state how and for what purposes you can collect your site visitor addresses, and that you will follow the MyEconomy.ws Privacy Policy and Anti-Spam Policy.
(b) Unsubscription – Each email created using MyEconomy.ws products or services contains an “unsubscribe link”. If our web site visitors use the link to request that they be unsubscribed, our subscriber lists will automatically be adjusted to eliminate the prospect of sending unwanted email to such persons. (See also, "Reporting Spam" at the bottom of this page.)
Additionally, each person on our subscriber list has the option of unsubscribing through a web-based method provided on the MyEconomy.ws web site.
(c) Purchased Mailing Lists – Mass mailings to purchased email lists are not allowed. MyEconomy.ws only allows opt-in mailing lists. Purchased or inherited lists are by definition not opt-in.
Laws Restricting Spam
Spam laws vary from state to state, and from country to country. This MyEconomy.ws Anti-Spam Policy has been developed to conform to the highest commercially reasonable standards. As a result, and without limiting the general prohibitions against all spam activities, the following are expressly prohibited:
(a) Use of false headers, or other false information, to identify the point of origin or the transmission path of the email, or to hide the true origin of the email sender,
(b) Unauthorized use of a third party’s Internet domain name without the permission of such third party, to make it appear that the third party was the point of origin of the email,
(c) Use of any false or misleading information in the subject line of the email, and
(d) Assisting any person in using the products or services of MyEconomy.ws for any of these previously mentioned activities.
Reporting Spam
If you believe that you have received spam from or through MyEconomy.ws’ facilities, please send a complaint from your email account along with the unsolicited email, with completed header, to abuse@MyEconomy.ws. Please provide any other information that you believe may help us in our investigation. You may also, if you would like to opt-out of further communications, remove your PII, or have inquiries you can do so by either unsubscribing at the bottom of any email or sending us a direct request at abuse@MyEconomy.ws
MyEconomy.ws does not investigate or take any action based on “anonymous” spam complaints.
Privacy Policy Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, MyEconomy.ws may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in MyEconomy.ws sole discretion. MyEconomy.ws encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have a MyEconomy.ws account, you might also receive an alert informing you of these changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
